Jenna offers a nurturing therapeutic container to help you get out of your head and into your body.
I’m happy you’re here.
Opening our hearts and minds to others, with the intention of looking inward, requires an immense amount of courage. My approach is collaborative and playful. I arrive in sessions as a human first, therapist second. My practice is rooted in psychodynamic theory, and is deeply influenced by mindfulness, Buddhist philosophy, and the mind-body-spirit connection. I feel so grateful for the opportunity to walk this path with you toward a heart-centered way of being.
About Jenna
I am not the therapist that just smiles and nods. I will laugh and cry alongside you.
My path to becoming a therapist was born out of my own healing journey and genuine love for human connection. I hold a master’s degree from Fordham University’s Graduate School of Social Service and have spent over a decade supporting humans from all walks of life reconnect to their authentic selves. I use a relational and holistic approach to therapy, drawing upon wisdom from the body to cultivate more peace, serenity, and joy.
How I Work
I use a trauma-informed, attachment-focused lens and integrate a blend of psychodynamic, relational & somatic therapies in my practice.
Psychedelics
Psychedelic substances can be powerful tools that allow us to tap into the innate wisdom that lies within each of us. I offer preparation and post-journey integration sessions to help you make sense of your experiences and create meaningful change in your life.
“Rarely, if ever, are any of us healed in isolation. Healing is an act of communion.”
